NON-IT Compliance Specialist Location: Open to any corporate office location in United StatesOnsite Requirement: 3 anchor days per weekType: Contract 3 Months (Potential for extension/conversion based on performance) Pay Range: $60-$65/hrRole Summary:The Compliance Specialist – IRA serves as a key member of the first line of defense compliance team, ensuring adherence to all risk, audit, and regulatory obligations. This role provides subject matter expertise on IRAs, ERISA, and prohibited transactions, develops and maintains oversight processes, supports audit readiness, and educates front-line teams to promote consistent compliance practices.Key Qualifications:In-depth knowledge of IRA regulations, ERISA, and IRC Section 4975 (including prohibited transactions)Experience in IRA compliance oversight and risk management within financial services or wealth managementStrong understanding of employee benefits laws and compliance programsExcellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skillsProven ability to interpret complex regulations and provide clear, actionable guidanceHighly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable with strong interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with Salesforce and compliance management systems (training available)Core Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain oversight and compliance processes for IRA management and setupEnsure adherence to regulations governing prohibited transactions and fiduciary standardsServe as the primary SME for IRA and ERISA compliance mattersPartner with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to identify regulatory requirements and monitor adherenceSupport and participate in Department of Labor audits and related examinationsDraft and communicate compliance procedures, guidance, and training materialsIdentify compliance gaps, assist with remediation, and ensure documentation accuracyTrack regulatory updates, assess impacts, and coordinate implementationCollaborate with business leaders to strengthen operational compliance practicesAdditional Notes:5+ years of relevant compliance oversight experience requiredBanking or financial services background preferred#ComplianceSpecialist #IRACompliance #ERISA #RegulatoryCompliance #RiskAndCompliance #WealthManagement #FinancialCompliance #ComplianceJobsDexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
