This role is ideal for a strategic construction executive ready to scale an established, reputable firm into a regional market leader.Key ObjectivesDrive company growth from $20M to scalable regional operations.Expand project portfolio throughout Georgia and neighboring states.Build and mentor high-performing operations, estimating, and project management teams.Lead strategic partnerships with clients, developers, and trade partners.Oversee full P&L responsibility and align business strategy with long-term profitability goals.Implement systems, processes, and technology to support sustainable expansion.Required QualificationsMinimum 10 years’ leadership experience in commercial construction, including managing teams and scaling business operations.Proven success growing a construction firm or division beyond $20M in annual revenue.Strong background in multifamily, restaurant, retail, and commercial projects.Deep understanding of construction operations, client relations, and business development.Demonstrated ability to attract and develop top industry talent.Willingness to relocate to Georgia and actively engage in Southeast market development.Preferred ExperienceExperience expanding into multi-state operations.Background in design-build or developer partnerships.The OpportunityThis is more than an executive role—it’s a true ownership opportunity.
