Legal Secretary - ConveyancingOur client is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their Commercial Property Team in a permanent, full-time role. This position reports primarily to one of their Property Partners and involves close collaboration with a consultant.About the RoleAs a key member of the team, you will:Manage property transaction documentation and case files (via Practice Evolve).Liaise with clients and third parties.Draft and amend legal documents (Contracts for Sale, Deeds, Leases, Statutory Declarations, etc.).Handle Land Registry applications (Land Direct) and PRA registrations.Assist with mortgages, loans, Stamp Duty returns (ROS), and related processes.Prepare document bibles and manage data rooms.About You:Proven experience as a Legal Secretary in Property Law (Ireland/UK).Strong IT and case management skills (Practice Evolve experience desirable).Excellent MS Office and dictation skills.A high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience with new housing developments (advantageous but not essential).Why Join?Competitive compensation and benefits package, rewarding your contribution and expertise while supporting your professional growth.Email: grace@searchtalent.iePhone: 01 592 1672
