Purpose of JobJobholders at this level are responsible for leading work activities and working autonomously with minor direction towards predetermined long-term objectives.Jobholders might act as internal consultants and facilitators through providing guidance to deliver and perform operational activities.Their main operational role includes participating in assessing the effectiveness of current legal practices and tools to accordingly guide legal research and achieve research objectives across different legal areas, sharing research findings with key stakeholders to answer related queries and questions.Job Responsibilities Assist in the establishment of a Legal Research and Development Strategy to assist ZATCA in achieving research objectives in a range of legal areas Assess ZATCA's current legal practices and tools and analyse their relevance and effectiveness in relation to the organization Specify prospective data sources for planned research and studies Communicate all research outcomes with key stakeholders and accordingly schedule needed meetings to answer all related queries and questions Keep abreast as well as continuously suggest new research topics to enhance ZATCAs research repository Develop, maintain and improve research sources and database to ensure availability and accessibility of required information Job DetailsCommunication and ContacsEducationBachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or equivalent is requiredMaster’s degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or equivalent is preferredExperienceA minimum of 5 years of relevant experienceCompetenciesCollaboration and Communication - DevelopingCustomer Focus - ProficientData Gathering and Assessment - AdvancedEnablement of Change and Innovation - DevelopingLegal Advisory - AdvancedLegal Writing and Policy Drafting - AdvancedLegislations and Regulations - ProficientProfessionalism - ProficientResearch and Analysis - AdvancedResults Oriented - ProficientStakeholder Management - Proficient
