In 2025 Italdesign obtained the Top Employers Certification for the tenth year in a row.Posizione:Italdesign is looking for a passionate and dynamic person, with strong verbal and written communicational skills, who will be part of the Legal & Governance team.Reporting directly to the manager of the function, as a Legal Specialist you will provide legal support on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, helping to ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.You will work closely with various business functions, including Purchasing, R&D, Quality, Sales, HR and Compliance, as well as external legal advisors and authorities. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge projects related to mobility, technological innovation, and design.ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts typical of engineering services companies, both in Italian and English, such as: supply and subcontracting agreements, R&D and engineering service agreements, NDAs and confidentiality agreements, framework agreements with Business PartnersSupport corporate governance activities, including drafting of board resolutions, powers of attorney, and maintaining corporate recordsSupport the internal units in the management of legal issues, legal opinionsSupport in dealing with governance and Data Protection (GDPR)Monitor and interpret applicable laws and regulations impacting Company businessProvide legal advice to internal stakeholders and ensure risk mitigation in day-to-day operationsWork with IT and Compliance team on matters related to IT security and internal and Group policiesCoordinate with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies when neededManage priorities while respecting deadlinesRequisiti:Key Requirements3–5 years of experience in a legal department of multinational industrial companies (preferably in the automotive sector) or in international law firms with strong focus on commercial and corporate lawSolid knowledge of civil, commercial, and corporate law (national and European Union regulations)Autonomous drafting of legal textsAccuracy, clarity and completeness in the preparation of documentsCommunication, negotiation and conflict management abilitiesTeam player with a proactive and business-oriented mindset, and respect for othersStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independentlyPrecision, good organization and good management of timeAbility to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlinesDiplomacy and ability to interact at various levels of responsibilityHigh level of integrity and confidentiality, accountability and flexibilityPreferential RequirementsQualification for the legal profession (bar examination)Second-level master’s degree in business lawKnowledge of regulations on innovative ICT technologiesFamiliarity with the regulatory framework applicable to the automotive industryAltre informazioni:Education: Master’s degree in lawLanguage skills: Fluent knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English are required.
