JOB HIGHLIGHTSWe are looking for an outstanding individual to help lead the nursing team as an Assistant Health Care Director. You will support clinical services such as resident medication management, health assessments and supervising the nursing staff.

You will make a difference in the lives of residents by ensuring they receive excellent direct care.

ResponsibilitiesAssisting in the management of the nursing department including recruiting, training, scheduling, and ensuring quality of careVerifying the proper distribution and required documentation of medication, treatments and ordersParticipating in regular resident assessments and service planning, and following up with ancillary health care services as neededAssists with the move-in and move-out process including tours, orientation, evaluations and family communicationsProvides direct care when needed, such as during health emergencies or to fill an open shiftAssuming the Health Care Director’s responsibilities in their absence, and relaying concerns to the DirectorBenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision offerings (for benefit eligible associates)Company Paid Life Insurance coverage in the amount of $15,000Voluntary benefits including:
