Job Description
The Legislative Risk Team Lead helps in mitigating operational and compliance risks and in preventing or minimizing operational losses, fines, penalties or sanctions by ensuring compliance with the requirements of Anti-Money Laundering Council and other laws. Duties and responsibilities:Oversees the team's operation and fulfillment of its roles and functions.Coordinates, and provides appropriate guidance and direction with the different business units on the proper and efficient implementation of the Bank's Money Laundering and Terrorist Prevention Program.Provides guidelines/procedures to the business units consistent with the Money Laundering Program of the Bank.Ensures that process and systems are agile and robust enough to properly assess, analyze, control and manage risks.Develop and maintain compliance training programs/refresher training for CBG employees to ensure that they are fully aware of their compliance obligations.Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree relevant to the job.At least 5 years of relevant work experience in AML compliance or Compliance in general.Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Ortigas.
