The CASS is responsible for supporting customer needs by responding to incoming inquiries to resolve customer software issues or configuration requests and delivering personalized training.

The CASS must be organized and motivated, remain calm under pressure, and demonstrate empathy in every interaction. Learn specialized industry-specific software and apply this knowledge to support MIM customers Provide excellent customer service and product training to hospitals, clinicians, and clinical staff to understand their needs and provide tailored support Facilitate training sessions for team members, along with cross-functional teams Use remote technologies to diagnose and resolve customer concerns and to guide customers in optimal software utilization.

Ensure customer satisfaction for every step of the customer’s support journey Collaborate with other team members and departments in finding solutions that may be outside of your area of expertise Act as the voice of the customer by sharing product insights with MIM’s product, quality, and management teams to improve the software and the overall customer experience Contribute to departmental operational improvement initiatives What You’ll NeedA background in radiation therapy, dosimetry, or in a support capacity for radiation oncology preferred 3 + years of clinical or medical experience BS RT (T) or CMD Certification preferred but not required Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills Ability to actively listen and anticipate customer needs with an empathetic mindset Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to provide unique solutions to complex customer issues Ability to work with a flexible schedule What You’ll GetHybrid work environment so you can work remotely as well as enjoy the office Permissive time off A 401(k) with up to a 4% match Tuition reimbursement programs Relaxed office setting where jeans are the norm Free snacks and beverages at the office 24-hour access to an in-office fitness center For U.

S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $70,400. 00-$105,600. 00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
