Position SummaryThe Event Marketing Manager will create and implement the end-to-end event strategy and operations for a variety of event formats including tradeshows and hosted events.

The ideal candidate has a passion for event marketing and understands how to create and deliver innovative in-person experiences throughout the buyers’ journey that promote InEight as a thought leader, build and enhance brand distinction, generate leads, and develop and nurture relationships. This role will work cross-functionally with many external partners, vendors, and internal teams such as creative and content, digital, sales, and PR. They are a self-starter who is highly motivated, collaborative, and organized with a deep knowledge of executing a variety of event formats and webinars.

This is a remote position; however, candidates must be open to travel up to 20%. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the strategy for tradeshows and events from start to finish Oversee all aspects of event management including logistics and production, speaking engagements, exhibit management, lead tracking and management, vendor management, registration, budget management, sponsorship selection, promotions, communications and reporting Source and manage speakers for all speaking engagements including events and tradeshows.

Must be confident in working directly with subject matter experts, content teams, industry thought leaders, customers and partners to determine topics, develop content outlines and lead planning meetings for all speaking engagements Conduct post event debrief and analysis for all programs including reporting on KPIs and metrics, successes, lessons learned and opportunities for improvement Partner and build relationships with key internal stakeholders across sales, business development, content, creative, digital, partner marketing and comms teams and external stakeholders including partners, associations, and industry players to develop and execute innovative programs Manage event technology platforms including setup, branding, tracking, and reporting Proactively manage budget; track and evaluate results against goals QualificationsHave 3+ years of full-time corporate event planning of industry tradeshows and execution experience at a B2B tech company, agency, or similar fast-paced business environment Highly collaborative; great facilitator; positive and innovative thinker; focused on time management and project delivery Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and exhibit grace under pressure dealing with deadlines and fast-turnaround requests Self-starter who can self-prioritize tasks and remain productive with minimal supervision Ability to succeed in a global, remote environment, working cross-company successfully to drive results Proven track record of managing multiple events and projects simultaneously successfully within project deadlines A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills Excellent written/oral communication skills with experience leading planning meetings Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field Comfortable with 20% travel InEight Inc.
