We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented SAP SuccessFactors Systems Specialist to support and enhance our HR digital landscape, with a specific focus on the Performance Management, Career and Talent Development modules.
The ideal candidate will serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for these modules, working closely within the HRIS team, and with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure system alignment with organisational objectives, process efficiency, and an exceptional user experience. How You'll ContributeThe HR Systems Specialist will be responsible for the following: -System Administration & Configuration: Manage day-to-day operations and configuration of the SuccessFactors modules: Performance, Career & Talent Development Perform regular system updates, testing, and release management Maintain and enhance system workflows, templates, competencies, forms, rating scales, and development plans Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with HR business partners, talent management, L&D, and IT teams to identify business needs and translate them into functional system requirements Provide technical support and guidance during talent review processes, performance cycles, and career development initiatives Data Integrity & Reporting: Ensure data quality and integrity across all supported modules Develop and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports and dashboards related to performance ratings, succession plans, and development activities Process Improvement & Optimisation: Identify opportunities for process automation and user experience improvement. Drive optimisation initiatives leveraging system capabilities and new releases Training & Support:

3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus in Performance & Goals, Career & Talent Development modules Experience with system configuration, administration, and user support in SuccessFactors Performance, Career & Talent Development modules Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities DesirableBachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field Certification in relevant SuccessFactors modules is highly desirable Experience with related modules such as Employee Central Knowledge of data privacy laws and compliance requirements (e. g. GDPR, EEOC) Experience with SuccessFactors reporting tools (e. g.
