$28 - 33 per hourWe're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Production Designer to join our team and support the development of engaging marketing materials across digital, social, CRM, and product marketing channels. This role will work closely with Designers, Art Directors, Project Managers, and external vendors to execute high-quality assets that align with brand strategy and marketing goals. Responsibilities: Partner with Designers and Project Managers to create assets for channels including Digital, Social, Product Marketing, and CRM. Work in our automation tool daily to develop and maintain templates that are implemented in our daily workflow.

Work with the Art Directors and Designers to establish and execute on creative vision. Create layouts applying design principles such as color, typography, organizing elements, and usability. Become an expert on brand and strategic marketing goals. Collaborate with vendors to enforce quality assurance on all outsourced digital assets. Establish an authentic "fan-to-fan" connection to build relationships with our target. Stay current on marketing trends, best practices, and emerging tech. QualificationsBachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design with 3-5 years of relevant experience. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Attention to detail and a passion for high-quality work.

Ability to juggle multiple projects at once and deliver on quick deadlines. Demonstrated understanding of modern marketing (digital, experiential & social). Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator). Experience Working With Licensing Is Preferred. Automation experience is preferred. Figma experience is a plus. Knowledge of sports is a plus. A relevant portfolio must be provided.
