ResponsibilitiesComplete the day to day enrollment operations for all providers. Maintains and communicates provider enrollment information. Populate necessary enrollment fields in MD Staff for newly credentialed providers.
Ensure the provider file from ACVS meets managed care criteria. Send newly credentialed rosters to all delegated payors. Complete and submit CAQH applications to all non delegated payors. Process provider data updates, changes and terms in MD Staff and submit to payors monthly. Follow up with payors to ensure new providers are loaded timely and correctly. Run rosters for all delegated audits. Manage payor enrollment/EPriv in MD Staff. Enroll providers in Medicare/MCD. Revalidation of Medicare/Medicaid numbers. Apply for Tricare certification. Complete non-Ascension hospital privileges applications for AMG providers.
Creates, maintains and audits provider database, including contract relationships, specialty data and demographic information. Communicates plan information alerts, including policy changes, to the provider panel. Stays abreast of regulatory, legal and legislative issues and requirements and communicates changes. RequirementsEducation: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable. Additional PreferencesAdditional Preferences: 1-2 years of Health Plan credentialing experience, preferred.
