Your new roleAs part of the Global Brand Team for our new asset, you will play a pivotal role in driving its global success.
Your primary focus will be supporting the Global Brand Lead in maximizing the asset’s value worldwide. This includes helping markets integrate the asset, adapting US-led marketing materials for broader use, and driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure commercial and medical alignment. Key responsibilities include: Commercial Strategy and Execution Be part of developing and implementing a global commercial strategy for the asset, with individual focus on ex-US markets. Collaborate with development teams to optimize the asset’s lifecycle, including indication expansion opportunities. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication of commercial perspectives, strategies, and objectives.
Work closely with market access, pricing, medical, forecasting, market research, and other key functions to maximize the asset’s value. Build strong strategic partnerships with the US and key ex-US markets, including China and Japan. Rare Disease Expertise Strengthen LEO Pharma’s capabilities in rare diseases by shaping governance and processes to support the asset. Stay informed on the rare disease landscape, including competitive insights and external trends, to refine the asset’s strategy.
Additional ResponsibilitiesSupport various commercial activities as needed, such as working with other EVP areas including Product Supply, International Operations, Finance and Development to ensure the asset’s success. Your QualificationsWe’re looking for a strategic thinker with over 10 years of experience in life sciences, specializing in commercial activities within the pharmaceutical industry. Experience in rare diseases is highly valued, along with a proven track record in global markets, innovative product launches, and cross-functional collaboration. Specifically, we’re seeking someone with: A relevant degree and extensive experience (10+ years) in life sciences, focusing on commercial activities in the pharmaceutical industry.
Expertise in rare diseases (highly valued) and a strong understanding of dermatology, immunology, and inflammation, with related commercial insights. Proven success in the U. S. and global market environments. Demonstrated achievements in innovative product launches, ideally in rare diseases or dermatology.
