Job Title: Lettings Assistant Department: Property ManagementReports To: Operations ManagerSalary: 100,000/pkrAbout the Role:  We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lettings Assistant to join our team. This is a remote-based role supporting our UK lettings operations, providing administrative support, ensuring smooth communication with tenants, and assisting the property management team. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, confident in handling tenants’ queries, and comfortable working independently while staying connected with the team.Key Responsibilities:·        Serve as the first point of contact for tenants, handling day-to-day queries promptly and professionally.·        Assist with rent collection, including chasing late payments and keeping accurate records.·        Provide administrative support, including data entry, updating records, and preparing documents.·        Attend virtual meetings with the UK team, taking accurate meeting minutes and circulating them promptly.·        Coordinate with the property management team to ensure tenant issues are resolved in a timely manner.·        Support with tenancy renewals, references, and document management.·        Monitor email inboxes and respond to enquiries within agreed timeframes.·        Maintain an organised digital filing system for all tenant and property documentation.Requirements:·        Previous experience in lettings, property management, or administrative support (preferred but not essential).·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills.·        Strong organisational and time-management abilities.·        Ability to work independently in a remote environment.·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools.·        Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
