Gallen and help shape the future of legal services. You will help prepare, coordinate and follow through on notarial certifications, especially incorporations, capital increases and other corporate law processesDrive legal operations: You will take responsibility for handling and tracking corporate and trademark-related processes, from commercial register filings to trademark registrationsWork directly with clients: You will stay in close contact with clients, ensure smooth operations and contribute your organizational skills proactivelyCollaborate across teams: You will work closely with legal experts across Switzerland as well as colleagues in Germany and the USContribute to legal tech projects:

You will team up with our product and tech team to help automate and digitalize legal workflowsWho You AreCompleted or ongoing education as a paralegal, certified legal assistant, business lawyer (FH) or a similar qualificationOne to three years of professional experience in a legal environment, ideally with a focus on corporate law, notarial matters or trademark lawStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple processes efficientlyInterest in startups, tech and innovative legal servicesExcellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
