Loaner Car Representative

This position involves greeting and directing customers to the appropriate parties and is responsible for the daily process of loaning out and checking in loaner vehicles. Ensure all loaner vehicles are checked in and out according to current policies and proceduresMaintain loaner vehicles in a neat, clean, and properly maintained conditionFollow up on customer needs and issues related to loaner vehiclesAssist customers with Bluetooth and navigation questionsCoordinate with Hertz/Enterprise to issue loaners and expedite the process when necessary Maintain a professional appearancePerform other duties as assignedQualifications: Personal values that align with our core values:
