You will support clinical services such as resident medication management, service planning and supervising the nursing staff. You will make a difference in the lives of residents by ensuring they receive excellent direct care.Responsibilities--Licensed Practical NurseSupervising and training the nursing staff to ensure quality of careVerifying the proper distribution and required documentation of medication, treatments and ordersParticipating in regular resident assessments and service planning, and following up with ancillary health care services as neededAssisting with the move-in and move-out process including tours, orientation, evaluations, and family communicationsProviding direct care when needed, such as during health emergencies or during on-call rotationRelaying resident concerns or changes to the appropriate department managerBonus opportunities--Licensed Practical NursePerfect attendance bonus—$75 for full-time (up to a $1,950 annual benefit) and $35 for part-time (up to a $910 annual benefit)Shift differential—$1+ per hour depending on location and shift assignmentOn-call bonusCall-back bonusEmployee of the month/yearWhy we should be your “home away from home”Work environment: Our focus is to maximize the potential of every life we touch.
