The role combines on-site work with some opportunities to work from home. Responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting real estate properties, providing exceptional customer service, conducting property viewings, negotiating contracts, and staying up-to-date on local real estate market trends. Qualifications Possession of a valid Real Estate LicenseExperience or skills in Real Estate and Real Property transactionsStrong Sales and negotiation abilitiesExcellent Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong client relationshipsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProactive attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team environmentKnowledge of the Istanbul real estate market is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate management software is beneficial
