Your responsibilities: 360 Recruiting: Manage the recruitment process from start to contract signing. Acquire new clients for Phaidon through proactive cold outreach via phone and sell the professional service we provide. Be a reliable contact person for your candidates and clients.Client Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Meet with clients to deeply understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.Candidate Engagement: Engage with candidates by providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process.Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to effectively advise clients and candidates. Your qualifications: Proven experience as a 360 Recruiter within the Life Sciences Market.Strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle.Effective communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technology.A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
