We’re a bra shopping companion that uses AI to help shoppers find the perfect bra. We offer a home-try-on service where shoppers fill out a questionnaire and get 8 items across brands to try on at home. We started from the local specialty shops of founder Kimia’s parents during Covid. Since then, we’re a team of 10, have raised over €1.5 million in funding from strategic angels, accelerator XX in San Francisco and a grant from Y Combinator. We're now a 7-figure business. Stick around and find out!🚀 WHAT WILL YOU DO?As our first dedicated Lifecycle & CRM marketeer, you will own the entire customer journey post-acquisition, focusing on activation, retention, loyalty, and referral. Your primary goal is to maximise Lifetime Value (LTV) and convert initial interest into delighted, long-term customers through smart, data-driven communication.You’ll have 'side kicks' for light execution, but you are the strategic owner and hands-on executor of our CRM efforts. Key responsibilities include:Lifecycle strategy & execution: Design, build and optimise all pre-purchase, post-purchase, and loyalty email/SMS/whatsapp flows.Segmentation & personalisation: Dive deep into customer data (Klaviyo, Snowflake, Posthog) to create segments and use these to tailor messaging.Email & SMS production: Own the end-to-end creation of marketing campaigns, including designing impactful templates, writing high-converting copy, and managing send cadence for flows, weekly/monthly newsletters and promotional blasts.A/B testing & optimisation: Implement tracking and a testing methodology across all channels.Referral & loyalty program: Own, manage, and continuously promote our referral program.You'll focus ~30 hours/week on execution (both optimisation and creation of new things) and project management, leaving room for strategic thinking, exploring new loyalty levers, learning, and collaboration across the company.👊 WHY IS YOUR ROLE CRUCIAL FOR US?Your work directly translates into increased LTV, reduced churn, and a stronger, more profitable customer base. We already receive "love notes" from our customers, and you will capture that delight, amplifying it into a flywheel of loyalty and referral.Your success will solidify our recurring revenue and customer base, giving us the stability needed to continue our rapid growth trajectory and pave the way for future B2B expansion.🏆 ABOUT THE TEAMJust like a great bra drawer, our team is diverse and everyone contributes to the same mission of making it easy and fun for everyone to find bras they love!We're currently a team of 10, and we plan to add 2 new crew members by the end of the year. We primarily work in a hybrid model, gathering one to two days per week in our office in Antwerp.Kimia (co-founder & CEO): Our growth & finance lead, the push-up bra of the team – an eternal dreamer and optimist driving us forward. (You'll work closely with Kimia, taking ownership of retention strategy, leveraging her ad/growth experience).Nils (co-founder & CTO): Our software & recommender systems guru, the spacer bra – the experimenter and brain behind our innovations. (You'll collaborate on integrating customer data/triggers).Lore (Operations Manager): Our process & onboarding expert, the balcony bra – keeping us all tightly together. (You will coordinate on campaign logistics/stock).Flavio (Product Designer): Our heartshaped bra, working every day to make customers love our journey more and more. (You will work together on analysing results and customer friction points).Andrei, Denis, Veerle, Sanne, Marjolein, Eden: The rest of our amazing unicorn 🦄 team!You! You'll be the strategic engine driving our LTV and customer loyalty efforts.💪💪💪 MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONSWe are looking for someone that has fulfilled a specialist role until now and is happy to go a bit broader as a marketeer.CRM platform mastery: Expert-level experience with a CRM platform such as Klaviyo.Analytical & KPI-driven: Deep comfort with interpreting data to make decisions.Segmentation power user: Proven ability to build complex, high-impact segments based on behaviour, purchase history, and product data.Proactive & ownership mindset: Experience (3+ years) owning the full CRM/Lifecycle funnel for a B2C business, ideally within the €1M-€20M revenue range or a high-growth startup environment.You have an LLM open at all times (we prefer Gemini as we’re ex-Googlers 😇).💪 NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONSCopywriting & creative Iteration: excellent, high-converting copywriting skills for email/SMS. Can turn data insights into compelling hooks and angles for various stages of the journey. Comfortable with basic visual/template adjustments.Experience with loyalty or subscription programs.Proficiency in Dutch is helpful for local market segmentation, but not essential (our team operates fully in English). German or French would be considered a bonus.Experience with B2B marketing strategies or SaaS marketing.Experience in launching a service/product into multiple markets (we’re currently active in Belgium and the Netherlands but are planning to expand soon).💔 WHY WOULDN'T YOU LIKE THIS ROLE?You prefer highly structured environments with established processes for everything.
