Our office is in Frederiksberg, where English is the main language. We enjoy each other's company both at the office, but also on occasional events after hours. 💚As a Limepack Sales & Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in developing the DACH market, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and converting new inbound leads and working closely with other account managers responsible for different countries. Our Sales Team is growing - we are 8 right now, but expect to be 10-12 by the end of the year.
Our open and friendly work environment will allow you to get insights to how our business is run, to take part in decision-making, and to have a lot of influence on growing the DACH markets but also on our overall sales strategy. 📈📋Your responsibilities at Limepack: Inbound sales: Assisting existing and new customers, cross-selling and upselling. Provide A-level service to our Key Accounts: Becoming a takeaway packaging expert to remove complexity from our customers and efficiently advise on their needs. Not being afraid to pick up the phone to deliver A-Level service. Converting inbound leads to customers:
Identifying the potential high-value customers who reach out to us, being a proactive caller and prioritizing sales activities based on customers' value. Collaborate with other departments for success: Work closely with the sales team, product team, finance team, as well as operations and logistics on a daily basis to provide a seamless top-level customer experience. Requirements🎓Your qualifications:
You speak and write German at a native level and have excellent written and verbal communication in EnglishYou are a curious, extrovert and sociable person who enjoys being a part of an international team where the mindset is to succeed in cooperationYou have previous work experience in Customer Success or Sales on the DACH markets. You are a proactive caller and chatty on the phone. You love building relationships, are service-minded and enjoy going the extra mile for the customers. You are comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment and ideally have experience using CRM systems.
You have solid basic computer skills and quickly adapt to new digital tools and IT systemsYou are a fast learner, driven by dialogue and constructive criticism, while not being afraid to express your opinion or asking questions.
