Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation during service times. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist with inventory management, including ingredient prep and stock rotation. Collaborate with the team to develop new menu items and refine existing recipes when necessary. Respond quickly and effectively to orders during high-volume periods. Uphold a team-oriented environment and foster communication across all departments. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role. Proficiency in advanced cooking techniques and knowledge of standard kitchen equipment. Strong skills in hospitality, teamwork, organization, and cleanliness. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Flexible and willing to adapt to varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Understanding of food safety and health regulations. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
