LinkedIn Business Developer — Lead Generation & Outreach (On-Site, Lake City Lahore)Work Details:Time: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (PKT) with some flexibility Mode: Fully On-SiteLocation: Lake City, LahoreAbout Role:We’re looking for a smart and motivated LinkedIn Business Developer to help us build relationships and generate leads for our design and development services.You’ll work directly with our founder to grow our presence on LinkedIn — reaching out to founders, startups, agencies, job applications, etc. — and starting conversations that turn into projects or partnerships.Responsibilities: Research and connect with potential clients (Founders, SaaS startups, Agencies, etc.)Send personalized connection requests and messages dailyApply on jobsEngage thoughtfully on relevant LinkedIn posts to build visibilityData collections and automated emailsTrack all leads, responses, and outreach progress in Google Sheets or CRMShare weekly reports on connections, replies, and booked callsCollaborate with the founder to optimize messaging and targetingRequirements: Available to start from 1st NOV. 6 months – 1.5 years of experience in LinkedIn lead generation / Linkedin business developmentStrong written English and confident communication skillsPrevious proofs and statsUnderstanding of LinkedIn search filters, Sales Navigator, or similar toolsFamiliarity with full stack dev, design, or digital-services industries (preferred)Self-driven, organized, and able to meet daily/weekly targetsPerksOn-site role at our Lake City, Lahore officeFixed monthly salary + performance bonuses for qualified leads or closed projectsDirect mentorship from the founderOpportunity to grow into a long-term role with TechKnock’s core BD team.CompensationMonthly: PKR 40,000 – 80,000 (base)Commission: Per-lead or project-based incentiveHow to ApplyPlease review the screening questions before applying.You can apply to job post or DM me directly.
