We help businesses grow by crafting compelling brand narratives, expand their reach, and deliver measurable results by blending creativity with data-driven insights. Role:We’re looking for a creative and data-driven LinkedIn Content & Outreach Specialist to amplify the founder’s personal brand, engage with industry creators, and generate qualified leads.This role involves content marketing, personal branding, and social selling, ideal for someone who understands the evolving landscape of LinkedIn in 2025 and has hands-on experience with Dripify, Sales Navigator, and modern email marketing tools. Key Responsibilities:1. Founder Brand ManagementDevelop and execute a LinkedIn content calendar aligned with the founder’s tone/voice and business goals.Create and publish engaging posts, and updates to build thought leadership and drive engagement.Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions to maintain an active brand presence.2. Industry EngagementEngage proactively with creators, influencers, and ICPs to build authentic relationships.Participate in relevant discussions, comment on posts, and share founder's genuine insights to enhance visibility.3. Lead Generation & OutreachUse LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and build targeted lead lists based on ICPs identified.Create and manage automated drip campaigns using Dripify for both warm and cold DMs.Personalize messages and follow-ups for high-potential leads to drive conversions.Manage and track DM conversations, ensuring timely responses and appointment booking.4. Campaign ManagementPlan, test, and optimize Dripify campaigns for outreach efficiency.Analyze campaign performance data and adjust strategies for better results.Coordinate with founder and sales teams to align messaging and target audiences.5. Email & Cross-Channel MarketingSupport email marketing initiatives to complement multi-channel cadence.Leverage insights from LinkedIn campaigns to improve email personalization and automation. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.2-3 years of proven experience in LinkedIn content creation, personal branding, and appointment booking.Hands-on expertise with Dripify (mandatory) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.Strong copywriting skills: able to craft engaging posts and personalized DMs.Understanding of B2B outreach strategies, lead generation funnels, and social selling tactics.Working knowledge of email marketing tools.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.A proactive, creative, and data-driven mindset. Bonus Skills:Open-minded and keen to learn new things and grow with the teamExperience ghostwriting or managing executive LinkedIn voices.Strong research skills Soft Skills:Communication, Creativity, Teamwork Salary range: 125,000 PKR - 170,000 PKR per month Please note that the salary is tied to the United States Dollar (USD), meaning that as the USD increases, the salary will increase proportionally. Job type: Full TimeLocation: DHA Phase 6 Sector C, LahoreTimings: 3pm to onwards (7-8 hours Mon-Fri)Benefits of working with Cosmo:Flexible work scheduleService recognition bonuses and moreBi-Monthly PayUSD pegged salaryTo apply for this position, please use the link below.
