Job DescriptionSenior Business Analyst This role will be based in Bangalore, India.

 At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business.  The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.  QualificationsRoles and responsibilities –Own and manage program and portfolio for Automation and AI programs, execution of roadmap, and reporting. Support multiple programs to deliver their objectives in fast-paced environment.

Develop strong partnerships with Business leaders to drive focus on strategic and tactical program objectives. Drive alignments and prioritization across all initiatives, manage roadmap for a single consistent view and lead communications. Lead efforts to identify risks, resolve key project conflicts, and establish appropriate resolution paths. Proactively identify opportunities for and implement process improvements with an operational excellence mindset. Additional InformationBasic Qualifications –B. E. /B. Tech.
