Not responsible for the applications using these systems.TasksManage Linux configurationsInstall, troubleshoot, upgrade systems like Kafka, Redis, etc.Support daily operations in data center environmentsTech StackLinux (primarily RHEL and CentOS, but flexible on distribution)Kafka, Redis, KubernetesMonitoring/logging: Mix of home-grown and third-party solutionsNo specific tooling requirementsSkillsBasic scripting/automation (e.g., Bash, Python), but in-depth software development experience not neededSome familiarity with IaC tools is ideal (e.g., Ansible, Puppet)Understanding of infrastructure-level troubleshootingOn-CallYes, included in a week-long 24x7 support rotation approximately every 4th or 5th weekOutside of this, non-business hours maintenance windows likely not expectedSeniorityMid to senior level SRE with strong infrastructure backgroundWhat We OfferDynamic and supporting international teams.Regular assessments and performance reviews.You will have the opportunity for promotion, bonuses and a raise in accordance with the pace at which you develop and your performance.
