Listing Coordinator - Listing & Content, MY Marketplace (Open for fresh graduates)

Job DescriptionManage part-time agent: task assignments, monitor KPIs and QA score. Training and coaching of agents.Scheduling and monitor attendance for part time agents.Undertake project work as required; undertaking any initiatives identified based on business needs.Execute urgent listing takedowns and identify gaps that address listing-related issues.Monitoring platform to ensure the quality and the legitimacy of the listings, particularly in relation to tackling Prohibited Listings on the platform.RequirementsFresh graduates or 1-2 years experienced applicants are welcomed to apply.Proactive, resourceful, result-oriented and capable of working tentatively as an individual or even team members in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills in English, and Malay, in both verbal and written forms (fluency in additional local languages such as Mandarin would be a plus).Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills always.Strong negotiation and relationship building skills.Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills is a plus.
