该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述: 职责描述: 1.光刻部门相关部门设备验机； 2.光刻材料选择，评估和生产应用;配合整合工艺要求，建立新工艺程式(recipe)并优化程式； 4.建立并维护生产操作和安全规范； 5.监视产品生产；持续改进产品质量和降低成本; 6.新技术专利撰写. 任职要求: 任职要求: 1.本科及以上学历（光学，材料学，化学，物理，微电子，光电子或相关专业）； 2.英语:CET4, 能够阅读英文科技文献，并撰写英文文档； 3.3年以上半导体制造光刻相关经验优先； 4.能够熟悉使用办公软件（Word,excel and Powerpoint.）； 5.能够使用JMP或类似数据处理软件进行数据处理； 6.有Excel VBA操作和DOE技能者优先。 7.认真严谨，逻辑性强，学习能力强，自我驱动，能够清楚的表达和沟通。
