The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and assisting attorneys in managing case files. Additional duties include maintaining deadlines, organizing case documents, and ensuring smooth litigation processes to support the firm's clients effectively.QualificationsBilingual in English & SpanishProficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document ReviewStrong skills in Legal ResearchExperience drafting Pleadings and MotionsExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environmentFamiliarity with personal injury law is a plusParalegal certification or equivalent education and experience
