Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Brampton, ON for a Live-In Couple Superintendent. The position involves day-to-day tasks such as overseeing the maintenance and operation of the property, ensuring the comfort and safety of residents, managing tenant requests and complaints, conducting regular inspections, and coordinating with external service providers. The couple will also be responsible for maintaining common areas, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
