Live Stream Operation

Job Responsibilities:Set up technical equipment and conduct pre-stream checks before each live commerce broadcast.Monitor live broadcast quality and troubleshoot issues in real-time.Manage live streaming software, hardware, and related broadcasting tools.Ensure smooth technical operations throughout the live show.Collaborate with production and creative teams to maintain stream quality.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting, Communication, IT, or related field.3+ Years experience in related FieldFluent in English (spoken and written).Proven experience in live streaming or broadcasting operations.Strong technical knowledge of streaming platforms, audio/video equipment, and troubleshooting.Ability to remain calm and solve problems under pressure.Good communication skills and teamwork.
