Our client is one of the leading FMCG lifestyle brands across Southeast Asia and they are looking a Livestream & KOL Manager to lead livestream and influencer strategy, manage key platform relationships, and drive brand growth through data-driven innovation.Job Responsibilities:Lead livestream strategies across TikTok Shop and Meta Live (Facebook & Instagram) to increase engagement, conversion, and visibility.Plan and oversee livestream schedules with internal teams and agencies, ensuring smooth execution and impactful performance.Manage relationships with TikTok and Meta representatives, securing insights, promotional support, and feature opportunities.Identify, recruit, and manage KOLs and affiliates to amplify brand reach, ensuring alignment with Akemi’s tone and audience.Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, including campaign briefs, compensation, and post-campaign reporting.Analyze performance data from livestreams, ads, and KOL campaigns to derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.Monitor store health and platform compliance, addressing any policy violations or technical issues promptly with platform partners.Oversee host and KOL performance, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to enhance livestream quality and conversion.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.Minimum 3 years’ experience in livestreaming, influencer marketing, or social commerce.Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, Meta Live, and platform analytics tools.Proven ability to manage KOLs, paid advertising, and partnership campaigns.Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.Analytical and creative mindset with strong attention to detail.Passion for digital trends, influencer culture, and e-commerce growth.If you’re passionate about livestreams, creators, and driving digital engagement that converts, apply now to explore this exciting career opportunity and be part of their mission to shape the future of social commerce.
