Job Description:Manage livestream flow, graphics, and provide host training.Monitor live chats, encourage participation, and moderate comments.Implement engagement strategies such as polls, Q&As, and giveaways.Track and analyze livestream metrics (viewership, engagement, retention).Provide post-event reports with performance insights and improvement suggestions.Stay updated on TikTok trends, features, and algorithm changes.Develop best practices and guidelines for livestreaming.Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, PR) to align content with promotional initiatives.Requirements:Proficiency in spoken, written, and reading English is required.Have 1-3 years of experience in live broadcast operation or central control, and be familiar with the operation process of Tiktok platformCollege degree or above, major in media, marketing, e-commerce, etc. is preferredBe familiar with the operation of live broadcast equipment and the handling of common technical problems; have strong emergency handling capabilities and be able to calmly deal with emergencies during live broadcastsData analysis ability, able to analyze and optimize live broadcast effects based on dataBe sensitive to hot topics, understand the interests and preferences of the target group, and be able to adjust the live broadcast content in real time
