Mechanical Piping Engineer

Job Requirements :Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant studies Have minimum 15 years working experience in similar position Proven experience worked as a project in manufacturing or construction Understand about piping design based on dia inch, installation schedule and bill of quantityExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsCommunication with english language (its's a plus)Willing to be placed in Karawang, West Java Job Description :Led the coordination and supervision of piping pre-commissioning activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standardsManaged and carried out purge and leak tests on lines, achieving required safety and quality benchmarks.Developed and implemented comprehensive method statements and procedures for pre commissioning and commissioning piping systems, enhancing operational efficiency.Observed sub-contractor performance in piping pre-commissioning tasks, ensuring compliance with quality plans, inspection, and test proceduresEnsure all designs and installations comply with relevant industry codes and standards (e.g., ASME, ANSI, API).Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the design, construction, or commissioning phases.
