AI Product Manager (Indonesia)

We’re looking for an AI Product Manager to bridge product strategy, data science, and AI engineering — defining the roadmap, driving experimentation, and enabling end-to-end AI feature delivery across our ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine the AI product vision and roadmap, identifying high-impact automation and insight opportunities across business functions. Translate business problems into structured AI use cases with measurable outcomes. Collaborate with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and Backend teams to build and deploy production-ready AI features. Set success metrics (accuracy, latency, adoption, cost) and drive continuous improvement through experimentation. Communicate AI concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and ensure responsible AI use. Stay updated on emerging technologies (LLMs, RAG, vector search) to identify new integration opportunities. QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or Business. 6+ years in product management, including 2+ years in AI/ML or data products. Proven track record of launching AI/ML-driven features or automation systems. Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with metrics like accuracy, latency, recall, and cost per inference. Comfortable with ML/LLM concepts, cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure), and data tools (BigQuery, Airflow, DBT, Metabase). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
