LLM System Architect

Your RoleAs an LLM System Architect, you design and define the overall architecture of our AI Agent Platform. You orchestrate how large language models, retrieval and summarization pipelines, multimodal processing, and governance frameworks interact across the platform.Your work ensures that our AI systems are scalable, explainable, and secure, bridging the gap between model intelligence and production reliability across multiple use cases and industries.Your Responsibilities• Design and evolve end-to-end architectures for our AI Agent Platform, integrating LLMs, data pipelines, and inference workflows• Define and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and summarization architectures with a strong focus on relevance, context, and traceability• Architect multimodal processing pipelines (text, audio, image) • Design chunking, embedding, and indexing strategies for high-performance retrieval and large-scale context management• Define evaluation, governance, and security frameworks for model access, data handling, and auditability• Collaborate with AI Platform Engineers to ensure alignment of architecture, deployment, and scaling across cloud and on-prem environments• Ensure resilience, observability, and compliance across all components of the AI stack• Document system blueprints, interfaces, and dependencies for sustainable and transparent operations• Evaluate and integrate new frameworks, tools, and methods to continuously improve performance, reliability, and maintainabilityYour Profile• Proven experience in designing or building LLM-based or AI-driven systems in production environments• Deep understanding of large language models, retrieval architectures, and semantic search concepts• Strong background in Python and experience building data and model pipelines• Hands-on experience with ML infrastructure, APIs, vector databases, and cloud platforms (Azure, OpenShift, Kubernetes)• Familiar with GPU-based workloads, containerization, and on-prem deployments• Experience with CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code practices (Terraform, GitHub Actions)• Analytical, structured, and system-oriented mindset with strong architectural thinkingWhat We OfferAt Coorpix, you’ll help shape how organizations across Switzerland and Europe use AI responsibly, in justice, healthcare, and other critical sectors.• Architecture ownership for our AI Agent Platform and production-grade AI systems• Collaboration with leading experts in AI, data, and platform engineering• A culture that values autonomy, clarity, and impact• Flat hierarchies and direct collaboration with AI leadership• Flexible workload (80–100%) and hybrid/remote work setup (Switzerland / EU)• Long-term growth opportunities as our AI platform evolves and scales• A workplace where technology meets purpose and your work leaves a visible mark
