In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that game presenters, and shufflers look their best by performing high-quality hairdressing and makeup services. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining company guidelines standards will help ensure a polished and professional image on camera.Responsibilities:Makeup and Hairdressing: Perform makeup and hairdressing activities according to company standards, including tattoo coverage, to ensure your readiness and flawless appearance in front of the camera.Retouching and Maintenance: Proactively and on request, retouch makeup and hairstyles; ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of work tools and workspace.Stock Management: Monitor and manage stock levels of materials and accessories; ensure proper storage and use of equipment.Training and Communication: Training employees in Turkish on company standards regarding appearance; effective communication in Turkish through internal company channels to monitor and report on makeup and hairstyling activities.Employee Experience: Creating a pleasant experience for employees in Turkish through a friendly attitude and the use of appropriate language in communication.Responsiveness: Timely response to requests in Turkish and issues reported through internal channels during working hours.Candidate Requirements:Expertise: 1+ years of professional hands-on experience in makeup application and hairstyling.Education: Minimum High School DiplomaProfessional certificate: Must hold a diploma or professional certification in hairstyling or a related artistic industry.Language: Professional working proficiency in English and Turkish is a must.Technical Skills: PC literate with the ability to manage scheduling and communication effectively.Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work across various shifts in a 24/7 work environment.Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage diverse personalities and cultures.Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional presentation, communication and self-discipline skills to maintain a high standard of appearance and interact positively with employees and address any issues efficiently.Nice to have:Experience with Makeup and Hairdressing for Broadcast: Familiarity with makeup and hairstyling techniques specifically for on-camera or broadcast settings.Knowledge of Skincare Products: Understanding of skincare products and techniques that can enhance the overall appearance and comfort of individuals during their shifts.Benefits:Competitive salary.Additional earnings of €500,00 NET for each successful job referral to ARRISE.Special referral campaign of a €2.000,00 NET referral bonus for Turkish speakers.Private health insurance from day one.FitPass membership for sports activities and discounts at popular brands after 3 months.An exceptional studio space in a modern office building in New Belgrade.International work environment and young colleagues.Opportunities for advancement to higher positions in the online casino.Permanent contractHighly recommended by employees, with a strong preference to refer friends.Grow with ARRISE | Learning Hub - personalized learning, gamified growth, and endless career development at your fingertips.Ready to Elevate Your Career?
