"Involves providing administrative/clerical and professional support for HR department regarding personnel, benefits and labor processes.Lead Or Senior Levels Of These Positions May Handle escalated or more complex issues, Coordinate team activities or those of agency contract staff, Support supervisor or manager activities, Support the design, review and implementation of processes and procedures."General Job DescriptionUnder limited guidance, perform the following activities: Processes and maintains controls of HR programs and benefits (i.e. tuition reimbursement, pantry allowance, etc.). Compiles and reports statistical data regarding usage of HR programs and benefits. Serves as a liaison between benefit providers and HR Representatives on day to day inquires on their paperwork. Supports HRIS functions, People Soft, Requisition Control. Compiles and reports employee data regarding special projects. Maintains employee's benefits’ records and communicates with Payroll any required deductions from employees’ pay. Assist management in the administration of Human Resources paperwork (I.E. Prism forms, salary exceptions, etc.). May be required to perform other duties as assigned.Minimum RequirementsMinimum Education: Bachelor's degree in administration, Business or Psychology. Fluent in English.Minimum Experience Five (5) years clerical related experience, which includes at least two years in a benefits environment, preferably at FedEx.Minimum Required Skills Strong knowledge of word processors, spreadsheet and other applications (Word, Excel, etc.), highly preferred. Good organization and communication skills.
