The role also involves liaising with customers, optimizing routes, and managing documentation to ensure compliance with industry regulations.QualificationsExperience in dispatch operations, load booking, and logistics coordinationKnowledge of transport regulations, freight services, and route optimizationStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to interact with drivers and clientsExcellent organizational and time-management abilitiesProficiency in using dispatch management software and general computer literacyProblem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressureBilingual abilities in English and French are an asset but not mandatoryPrior experience in the transportation or freight forwarding industry is preferred
