Our goal is to empower female entrepreneurs and drive economic growth through financial inclusion. Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Loan Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mobilizing women entrepreneurs in need of financial support, assessing loan applications, and managing relationships with high-potential, women-owned businesses. The role requires strong networking skills, experience in financial services, and a deep understanding of women’s entrepreneurship in Africa. Key Responsibilities: Entrepreneur Mobilization:

Identify, recruit, and engage women entrepreneurs who need financial support for their businesses. Networking: Build and maintain relationships with established women-owned businesses and entrepreneurial networks. Loan Assessment & Disbursement: Evaluate loan applications, conduct due diligence, and recommend suitable financial products. Training & Support: Guide entrepreneurs on financial literacy, loan repayment, and business growth strategies. Partnership Development: Collaborate with banks, microfinance institutions, and investors to expand funding opportunities. Monitoring & Reporting: Track loan performance, ensure timely repayments, and provide reports on impact and challenges. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in loan management, microfinance, or SME development. Strong networking abilities with women-led businesses and financial institutions. Knowledge of credit analysis, risk assessment, and loan recovery. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Passion for women’s economic empowerment and financial inclusion.
