The Loan Operation Executive will be responsible for managing loan documents, loan servicing, and ensuring effective operations of loan procedures. Day-to-day tasks include processing loan applications, monitoring loan accounts, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves clear and proactive communication with clients and stakeholders to resolve any issues and offer support throughout the loan lifecycle. Qualifications Experience in managing Loan Documents and Loan ServicingStrong Communication and Customer Service skillsKnowledge and understanding of Loans and related processesExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPrior experience in the banking or financial industry is a plusEducational background in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred
