You will work closely with our Loan Processing team to deliver comprehensive solutions that exceed client expectations.If you are passionate about providing exceptional service to clients and are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply for this position today.What You Will Do:Review loan applications and credit memos, and resolve outstanding/potential issuesWork in partnership with Credit Analysts and Lenders to coordinate loan information and documents for clientsMaintain knowledge of regulatory compliance and take compliance-related actions including disclosures, right to cancel, and floodPrepare closing documents for commercial and consumer loans ensuring documentation is accurate and sufficient to protect the bank’s interestsMaintain current knowledge of documentation as it relates to securing collateral for a variety of types including deeds of trust/mortgages, UCC, investment assets and life insuranceOrder and review title commitments and follow up on title policiesMaintain current knowledge of, and comply with, all applicable laws and regulations, policies and proceduresWhat You Bring: Intermediate-level familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel)Ability to communicate clearly to various levels within the organizationHigh level of critical thinking and attention to detailEducation Level Education Details Required/PreferredBachelor's Degree Business administration, finance or accounting (or equivalent professional experience) RequiredExperience Level Experience Details Required/Preferred3-5 years Loan operations or financial analytics RequiredWhat You Receive:At First Western, we pride ourselves on our culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning.
