Job Description
Job DescriptionSupervises and manages the loan processing functions of the team.Ensure the following:Service level agreement with internal and external customers are met;Completeness and accuracy of generated and manual accounting entries;Loan balance and other SL generated of the team are reconciled with the GL and any discrepancies are properly addressed;Accuracy and timely submission of all required internal and external reports;Officers and staff are updated on all office orders, general circulars, BSP Circulars and BIR ruling relating to their reports.Manages the performance of the entire team and ensures conformity with the standard bank policies and procedures, as well as applicable law, rules and regulation.Initiates process improvements that aim to streamline the current processes of the team resulting to a reduction in manpower and operational costs.Assist the Group Head in setting the objectives, strategies and action plans of the Loans Booking Team.Performs other task and duties as may be assigned.QualificationsMust be a university graduate, with Accounting background preferred.Good communication skillsAbility to work with very limited supervisionHighly analyticalHas above average Excel skills3-5 years work experienceReporting and financial institution background is preferred
