Munkaköri LeírásThe main purpose of the job is support the implementation of the category strategy locally and execute local sourcing initiatives within category with the objective to drive a sustainable procurement value, and manage risks and stakeholders.Act as subject matter expert providing guidance to the business related to Procurement processes and buying channels.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeSupport the local category manager in implementing category strategy for efficient sourcing aligned to business needs / priorities striving for operational and transactional excellence.Execute sourcing initiatives (or support category manager) representing own market by sharing local requirements (business and legal), insights on country market and identifying of potential suppliers.Manage selected local MRO & CAPEX categories and Purchase Requisitions by clarifying the specifications, selecting, engaging and negotiating with suppliers whereby driving Procurement`s sustainability agenda.Act as subject matter expert for verifying purchase requests, specifications and buying channel as well as ensuring efficient purchasing process (spot buy reductions, automation).Act as agent for good governance ensuring full compliance with policies and processes.Support local category manager in appropriate risk management (price volatility, supplier stability, product/service availability).Support local category manager in delivering against targets/KPI, monitor & track results, initiate actions in case of any deviations.Profil LeírásaUniversity degree, preferably in Business related field2+ years of professional experience in project-type tasks, 1+ year in ProcurementAdvanced in English and HungarianMS office advanced knowledge (Excel, Word)Procurement platform experienceNegotiation skillSAP knowledge is an advantageAmit AjánlunkFixed-term contrant for 1 yearStable background of a well-known, market leader FMCG companyIn this position home office is possible and supported (2 office days/week)Opportunity to improve marketable professional skillsetNice work environment surrounded by our historic brewery siteYour salary paid on the first working day of each month.A comprehensive benefits package in addition to your base salary:Annual bonusCafeteria allowanceQuarterly employee beer allowanceUnlimited, free use of the employee pub and gymPrivate healthcare servicesWork ScheduleWork takes place Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day.Start DateImmediate start is possible.We look forward to receiving your application with an English CV!We are committed to creating a workplace that respects diversity and supports everyone in being their true selves.At Asahi Europe & International – and Dreher – we believe everyone shines in their own way, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or beliefs.
