We pride ourselves on providing our clients with durable, comfortable, and reliable solutions.Job DescriptionManage and coordinate daily administrative and operational tasks related to procurement activities. Ensure accurate and timely processing of purchase orders, proper documentation, and coordination with internal departments and suppliers.Key Responsibilities:• Receive and review purchase orders from various departments.• Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.• Maintain accurate records of purchases, prices, and other important data.• Follow up on orders to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any delivery-related issues.• Coordinate with suppliers regarding product availability, delivery schedules, and order status.• Maintain and update supplier files and procurement documents. • Assist in evaluating supplier performance and maintaining lists of preferred suppliers.• Support the Procurement Manager in identifying and evaluating new suppliers.• Collaborate with the Finance and Warehousing teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.• Prepare reports related to procurement activities, such as order status, supplier performance, and cost analysis.Minimum Qualifications:High School DiplomaBehavioral Competencies:• Accountability• Collaboration• Focus on the task• Effective CommunicationTechnical Competencies:• Experience in procurement, purchasing processes, and purchase orders• Procurement management and analytical skills
