ResponsibilitiesManage, analyze, evaluate, and execute the procurement process in line with company procedures, timelines, and budget.Ensure operational needs across departments are met efficiently, coordinating effectively, while also managing direct purchases for non-shipped items.Manage, analyze, evaluate, and process purchase requests from users via email, ensuring validation and approval.Conduct thorough reviews and objective assessments of requests to align with user needs and goals for each purchase.Oversee, assess, review, and carry out the procurement of goods that offer the best value in terms of price, quality, and service.Manage, assess, and carry out administrative and documentation processes to support the company’s procurement activities.Supervise, evaluate, analyze, and handle validated invoices from Accounting & Tax and vendors for payment preparation with a minimum 30-day termConduct supplier evaluation for local procurement by creating ratings every semester.RequirementsA minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any major.4-6 years of experience in related fields.Experience in Brand Management, Customs Clearance, and Buyer Sourcing.Strong communication, negotiation, attention to detail, and relationship-building skills.Willing to work under a 3-month contract under Outsource (maternity leave replacement) starting from January 2026Willing to work from office from Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan
