Job RequirementCandidate minimum Bachelor’s Degree, all majorAt least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position (preferably in a retail beauty, insurance company)Experience in Procurement/ Purchasing role - indirect procurementExperience in marketing service (sourcing for merchandise and POSM) Good written and verbal communication skillsGood negotiation and problem-solving skillsJob DescriptionSourcing suppliers of goods and servicesProcess purchase from sourcing, comparison, contracting and P2P (Procure to Pay)Negotiate terms with suppliers such as price, quality of goods/service, deadlines, after sales and etcLiaise with suppliers regarding updates and details of goodsCreate purchase ordersMonitor delivery of goods until inbound warehouseAssist with administration process and procurement data needs
