About the JobThe European Parliament‘s Directorate-General for Finance is seeking expressions of interest from candidates with a view to filling several Local Support Agent, based in Brussels, to work as a Contract Agent FG III within its The Information Technology and e-Portal UnitThe Information Technology and e-Portal Unit of DG FINS is ensuring the proper functioning of the IT infrastructure and logistics for DG FINS and the e-Portal for Members’ financial and social entitlements. The successful candidate will be responsible for several tasks.Job DescriptionThe selected candidates will contribute to:Incident and tasks registration and solvingUser support in IT equipment and softwareMaintenance of computers, servers, IT InfrastructureRelations with internal suppliers and providersInventory of IT equipmentTroubleshooting Windows, Office, Active Directory managementNetwork troubleshooting,VoIP telephonyApplication supportLogisticsRequirements: Bachelor degree in IT or equivalent qualification;Proven experience in system administration and/or IT networks;ITIL certification or any other relevant certification in the field, will be considered an advantage;Good knowledge of English and French.
