You will support our key team member in finding the right Locals and guiding them through onboarding, while also gaining exposure to our day-to-day operations. YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES (≈60%)Source & Recruit Locals: Build talent pipelines for our Originals and Youniq categories. Outreach & Screening: Craft engaging outreach messages, run screening calls, and assess fit. Onboarding Support: Guide new Locals through every onboarding step to ensure a smooth start. Tools, Data & KPIs: Keep databases current, track key metrics, and report progress to the CGT lead. Creative Sourcing: Leverage social media and other channels to spot and attract standout personalities.
OPERATIONS EXPOSURE (≈40%)To understand the full customer journey, you will also support HQ/Operations tasks (e. g. Zendesk tickets, booking processing, satisfaction calls). ABOUT YOUOrganized, proactive, and emotionally intelligent; you enjoy connecting with diverse personalities. Bachelor’s degree plus relevant work experience (HR/recruiting/community building is a plus). Proficient in English; German or French is a plus.
