Invoice Resolution: Collaborate with Finance to resolve invoicing issues related to repairs and shipments. Repair Discrepancy Handling: Address discrepancies in ARC, quantity, and part numbers; consolidate and report issues. Procurement Support: Raise and close Purchase Orders (POs); manage related documentation and follow-ups. Shipment Logistics: Arrange pickup and delivery of repaired parts and engines with forwarders, Test Cell, and Power-Plant teams. Documentation: Prepare shipping documents and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Packing Operations: Assist in packing and unpacking shipments when necessary. Working RelationshipsInternal: All departments within SAESL. External: Repair vendors and freight forwarders.Qualification/ExperienceMin. Diploma in Supply Chain and Logistics Management or equivalent Prior experience in aviation logistics, particularly in handling repair vendor coordination and invoice issues. Basic understanding of international shipping regulations and documentation. Strong organizational and communication skills. Familiarity with SAP, MS Office tools
